Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original Condition.
A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened.
The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

E-liquids (Egyptian or Premium)
Disposable vapes
Cartridges, cotton, or wicking materials
Promotional, clearance, or sale items
Items damaged due to misuse
Products returned due to personal taste preferences
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method .
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or delivered incorrectly.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, it may be exchanged for the same product, subject to availability.
To exchange an item, you have to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.
